IMD FASHION is a growing fashion brand based in India, offering a curated collection of men’s clothing online.
2. Delivery Timings
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We deliver across the week, including weekends.
During peak times, deliveries may be delayed by a day.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 days
You will receive an SMS confirmation along with tracking details once your order is shipped. Tracking is also available on our website.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately via phone. We will help you return the product or provide a solution.
3. Discounts
Discounts and offers are determined solely by the IMD FASHION team.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Address Changes
Address changes are accepted free of charge if requested at least 1 day before delivery.
No changes will be made after dispatch.
For items in the gift section, address changes are not allowed post dispatch.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to orders must be made at least 1 day before delivery.
6. Product Display and Description
While we try to ensure accurate product images and descriptions, actual products may differ slightly due to supplier variations or seasonal availability.
7. Damaged Deliveries
Damaged item claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
Reports must be accompanied by clear photo or video proof.
8. Delivery Rules
Delivery will be attempted as per provided instructions.
If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, it will be marked as delivered. No redelivery will be attempted.
Order will be considered delivered if:
Incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
Recipient is unavailable.
Premises are locked.
Incorrect or unreachable contact information.
Recipient refuses delivery.
Order is delivered to security, neighbor, or reception.
9. Substitution Policy
In cases where a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value, including variations in design, color, or packaging.
10. Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are detected, we will attempt to contact the customer. If unreachable, we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding fulfillment.
11. Fraudulent Activity
Any unethical behavior—such as providing false address, offensive messages, or odd delivery requests—may result in order cancellation or user banning without explanation.
12. Recipient Not Available
If strict delivery to the recipient only is requested and the recipient is unavailable, the order will be marked as delivered. No refunds will be provided.
13. Courier Deliveries
All courier items will be dispatched via IMD FASHION Delivery or an equivalent service. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Orders may take 4–7 business days, depending on location and availability.
14. Right to Refuse Service
IMD FASHION reserves the right to serve or refuse service to any individual, business, or organization without explanation.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other posted policies, form the complete agreement between you and IMD FASHION.
17. Communication Consent
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional and promotional updates via SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email from IMD FASHION.
18. Feedback Requests
To ensure quality and service, IMD FASHION may contact recipients for feedback regarding the delivery experience or product satisfaction.
19. Fraud Reporting
Any unethical or unauthorized order attempts via third-party platforms (e.g., Giftntreat.com) will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to report such incidents to law enforcement authorities.
